UKRI ImmunoMind (2024-2029)
Discovering new immune and metabolic pathways to mental illness and mental health
We are leading the immunophenotyping (scRNAseq) and immnogenetics workpackage for this project as part of a collaborative consortium of researchers and lived experience contributors.

Wellcome Trust Anxiomics (2025-2032)
The developmental immune, brain and mind pathways to anxiety disorders
As part of this project, we are using immunophenotyping and immnogenetics to discover how genetic risks and immune factors interact over development to lead to anxiety disorders. As part of this we are enriching the C-GULL newborn birth cohort with childhood immunophenotyping and proteomic data.
Infections and mood
We are exploring the links between infections and mood, as well as their omic mediators, using large scale biobanks.
