We are leading the immunophenotyping (scRNAseq) and immnogenetics workpackage for this project as part of a collaborative consortium of researchers and lived experience contributors.
As part of this project, we are using immunophenotyping and immnogenetics to discover how genetic risks and immune factors interact over development to lead to anxiety disorders. As part of this we are enriching the C-GULL newborn birth cohort with childhood immunophenotyping and proteomic data.
The Open Psychiatry Project connects isolated medical and omic data through secure, privacy-preserving federation—creating an interactive gateway that empowers patients, academics, and industry to co-produce the future of personalized mental health treatments.
