Talia is PhD student in the Department of Psychiatry, funded by the DTP-MR and co-supervised by Dr Mary-Ellen Lynall and Professor Duncan Astle. In 2024, she graduated with a BSc in Psychology with Professional Placement from Cardiff University. Her current work examines genetic, immune, and brain pathways to mental health conditions, specifically during sensitive developmental periods. Outside of research, she enjoys running, baking, learning languages, and solo travelling.
